I went on a supposed health journey by going on the high protein diet that is so popular. While on it, I suffered depression, amenorrhea, high cholesterol and insomnia. I was worried about eating too many carbs, so ate an awful lot of protein.
I remembered the prescription for health Mary had given me years before and started back on that journey, eating lots of plant-based foods and no longer worrying about controlling vegetables. My health has really improved while eating healthier. And in only six weeks!
I no longer have the above conditions and arthritis I had in my knee is a whole lot better.
