I had suffered from several migraines a month for several decades before I saw Mary. They mostly lasted for a few days and took me off work and I had needed prescription medication to cope with them.

Mary first helped me get onto a healthy diet with a lot more high micronutrient plant-foods in it.  This helped my energy levels, and the migraines lessened a little over the next three months.  I was not needing to miss so much work with them.

Then we started getting a lot more detailed on my diet.  I cut way back on salt including foods high in salt – even fairly healthy foods.  Mary said this was not necessary for everyone – but it certainly helped with me.   Within six months, the migraines were no longer occurring.

Fluid retention and afternoon fatigue had also disappeared.
